There are two ways to make a reservation: 1) Complete the Contact Us form on this website and let us know which bounce you would like to reserve. A customer service representative will call you to confirm your reservation; 2) Call us at 770-896-8921 Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, or Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM. We do not take reservation calls on Sundays; however, you may still reserve a unit for a Sunday event. In most cases, we can set up in a park. You should check with the park administration to find out their requirements. Most parks require to be added onto the insurance policy, which is not a problem; but you need to allow time for this process to be done and the insurance certificate to be submitted.
Do you require a deposit to hold the reservation? Yes, we require a deposit of $50 and a signed rental agreement to hold your reservation. What payment methods do you accept? We accept cash, debit or credit cards, and business checks. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks. Cash payments, minus the deposit, are due on the day of your event, prior to set up. Credit and debit card payments are due at least 3 days prior to your event to allow processing time. Yes, we will deliver to any area in metro-Atlanta; however, there may be an additional delivery fee,depending on your location. Yes, delivery and set-up are free to any area within 20 miles of Snellville, GA. What is the delivery & set-up fee for events outside of the free delivery area? Below is a delivery fee chart with examples of cities in that delivery area. However, our rates are set by the actual zip code so please call to find out if there is an additional delivery fee for your area. For example, Atlanta has several different zip codes, some of which are in the free delivery zone.
The delivery fee can be waived for large orders. The minimum rental fee is $350 on reservations more than 40 miles away from our location. Please call 770-896-8921 for details. No, we do not allow pick-ups. We believe it is safer for your family when a trained installer sets up the bounce house. Improper installation is one of the main causes of injury when using a bounce house. Our installers are trained by the Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization (SIOTO) to minimize the risk of injury to your children and guests. How long can I keep the bounce house? We work around your event. Pick-up must be made by sunset. We do not rent units overnight. How much space do I need for the bounce house? It depends on the unit you rent. Each unit needs a location that is fairly level and free of debris (preferably on grass) and will provide at least 5 feet of clearance on all sides of the unit, including the top. Also, the location should be within at least 100 feet of a power source to avoid additional charges for a generator (water units require a water source within 100 feet as well). What is your cancellation policy? Deposits will be refunded for any reservation cancelled at least 7 days prior to the event. Deposits will be forfeited for any reservation cancelled after that period, unless it is due to inclement weather. In the case of inclement weather, the deposit will be credited toward another event. What is considered inclement weather? Inclement weather includes rain, hail, winds over 20 mph, and temperatures over 100 degrees. Inflatables should not be operated in any inclement weather. If there is inclement weather on the day of your event prior to set-up, you can reschedule or cancel your reservation. If inclement weather begins after set up, there is no refund. I've made my reservation. Now what do I do? Great! To get ready for your party, please make sure the area where you want the inflatable set up is clear and free of debris, especially if you have pets. Also be sure to have the area marked for utility lines. This is the customer's responsibility and very important since we use stakes to secure the inflatable. If you intend to cut your grass, please do so at least 2 days before the party. Once all of that is done, just be ready to party! |
