FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Yes, we are licensed in Gwinnett County, GA and carry full liability insurance. How often do you clean your equipment? We inspect and disenfect our equipment after every usage to ensure the safety of your family and guests. We perform an additional inspection at your location upon set-up. How many children can use the bounce house at one time? What payment methods do you accept? We accept cash, debit or credit cards, and business checks. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks. All payments are due on the day of your event, prior to set up, unless you pay by credit or debit card. Credit and debit card payments are due at least 3 days prior to your event. Will you deliver to any area? Yes, we will deliver to any area in metro-Atlanta; however, there may be an additional delivery and set-up fee, depending on your location. Do you offer free delivery? Yes, delivery and set-up are free to any city in Gwinnett county and any area within 20 miles of Snellville, GA. What is the delivery & set-up fee for events outside of the free delivery area? The fee is based on the amount of the total order. Rent more equipment, pay a lower fee. Please call for details. Do you allow pick-ups? No, we do not allow pick-ups. We believe it is safer for your family when a trained installer sets up the bounce house. Improper installation is one of the main causes of injury when using a bounce house. How long can I keep the bounce house? Our rentals are all day. Delivery is available as early as 9:00 AM and the latest pick-up is 7:00 PM. Pick-up time is extended to 8:00 PM through the summer (May through August). An earlier delivery time is available based on your event time. We do not rent units overnight. How much space do I need for the bounce house? It depends on the unit you rent. Each unit needs a location that is fairly level and free of debris (preferably on grass) and will provide at least 5 feet of clearance on all sides of the unit, including the top. Also, the location should be within at least 100 feet of a power source to avoid additional charges for a generator (water units require a water source within 100 feet as well). What is your cancellation policy? Deposits will be refunded for any reservation cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the event. Deposits will be forfeited for any reservation cancelled after that period, unless the cancellation is due to inclement weather. What is considered inclement weather? Inclement weather includes rain, hail, winds over 20 mph, and temperatures over 100 degrees. Inflatables should not be operated in any inclement weather. If there is inclement weather on the day of your event prior to set-up, you can reschedule or cancel your reservation. If inclement weather begins after set up, there is no refund.
Are you licensed and insured?
There are two ways to make a reservation: 1) Complete the Contact Us form on this website and let us know which bounce you would like to reserve. A customer service representative will call you to confirm your reservation; 2) Call us at 770-896-8921 Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 7 PM, or Saturday, 8 AM to 3 PM. We do not take reservation calls on Sundays; however, you may still reserve a unit for a Sunday event.
Can you set up in a park?
In most cases, we can set up in a park. You should check with the park administration to find out their requirements. Most parks require to be added onto the insurance policy, which is not a problem; but you need to allow time for this process to be done and the insurance certificate to be submitted.
Also, be sure that there is an adequate power supply available at least 100 feet from the set up location. If not, we can provide a generator at an additional fee of $65.00, or you can provide your own.
Do you require a deposit to hold the reservation?
We require deposits for only: 1) large reservations of $350.00 or more; 2) apartment complex reservations; 3) park reservations.
